Our Campsite Policies

What is your cancelation policy?

A full refund will be provided if the booking is canceled (via email) twenty days or more before the start of your holiday. We do not refund campers due to bad weather or if campers decide to leave early. When campers do not arrive on the date of their booking, pitches are held until noon the next day. Their booking will then be canceled and the pitch will be re-let. We do advise you to have camping cover as part of your holiday insurance.

When do I have to leave on my day of departure?

Departure time is at latest 10:30 on your departure date.

When can I arrive at the campsite?

Arrival time is between 1pm - 5pm on your date of arrival. Departure time is at latest 10:30 on your departure date.

Is the a noise policy

There is a no noise policy after 10pm to respect other customers. Music and radio are also prohibited.

What is your policy on large groups?

We do not allow large groups - unless they have specifically been approved. If you are looking at book out the entire camping, checkout our Venue Hire page
